Can you please sort out these hak situation. For **** sake it cant be that hard.

We want to know why it's not been resolved yet and why you find it so difficult when it has never been so bad!!!????

Also, if you are going to comment sucking Z8 arse with your "report and wait, they are doing all they can" bullshit save it!! because you are not getting your ribbon just pissing everyone off, and if the hackers dont bother you it's either because you do not play or you are the hacker.

The thing is, my account was compromised。 Hacker changed my password and email address(I never shared it with others). When I ask the customer service, they even let me wait 90 days from the day. and within a few days, my account was blocked. At this time, the customer service told me that: your account has been permanently blocked so we are not able to help you anymore. They really did nothing to help me except to let me wait for my account to be blocked.

Probably your account was already flagged for account sharing, or you don't have the full info or it's obvious that the cheater was YOU(if they see your IP in changed game logs).

Z8games has no reason to ignore you, since you are a customer and you spend money in the game. Your account has no value for them since it's virtual, and ofcourse they will recover your account, BUTONLY IF YOU CAN PROOVE THAT YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL OWNER.

sadly they do. i had it in 8 years often enough that i have to send the same ticket like 4 or 5 times till they finally respond on a human way instead of this loved automatic answers that doesnt help at all.

I agree there is too much hackers,bots etc
In every channel which I enter i see title zm hack or 24/7 bots
Only what is left is to do is report such players


They really need to update their cra**y anti-cheat

But since i've never shared my account, it was stolen without my fault, since i had the FULL ACCOUNT INFO - i recovered it easily and fast. Support was replying every 24 hours, and at the last ticket regarding this problem they answered in like 8 hours.
