Crossfire RANKED Bug,

for some reason, I was playing a match of ranked, and my team won, and then the entire other team left. I then get to the end match screen but it says loading results. it never loads so then I just get to the server screen and when I checked my ranked points, I actually lost points for some reason. This is so Stupid.
