Okay 1st GM cant do anything or their job. They can get good anti cheat or just keep trash anticheat.
2nd so they cant ban hacker. So they turn around ban everyone who join random room that hacker was in there. And give you the reason playing with hack.
we dont even know which room has hacker in there
3rd Get lazy *** do the job right not banned everyone just join random room that you guy GMs blame and like to banned them 14 days.

Are you sure your friend didn't keep playing with the cheater in more than one game (to reap the benefits). As most of the players around here have played with a cheater in the team at one time or another. You can't exactly know when there is going to be a cheater, all modes don't have kick-vote and sometimes you don't want to take the penalty from quitting mid-game.

Well he was playing zm yesterday and joined the room. He played like 30 sec and realize got hacker in room. He got disconnect and re start the cf and got banned 14 days. I told him send ticket and he just said “ open cf and check out new gun and new mode” he doesnt have time to explain cause he is military solider. But the thing i dont see any policy about saying play with hack and got banned? Ima like you not hacking and got banned? This game is going dead.

In which games are they most often found? It seems that we are forced to quit playing in some rooms. Earlier they did nothing now ban everyone. I do not understand.

You think so? What rude? You cant even said how you feel the game? If they do it better NA server is not dead latm is seem empty too. A lot people quit cf. And player got banned for no reason . You report hack have the list waiting forever for them to answer your ticket.
Way back when this crossfire start had fun and enjoyable. Now what.

So why are you acting "innocent" saying "I joined random room with a hacker and got banned for no thing".just stop crying like a bch and say thanks the ban is only 14 days and not permanent and that you can still play this game.

Bro , with all respects ( will not stay in your side neither GMs )
don't throw everything on GMs head . players not come from heaven also .

GMs come to office for
1- checking page safety .
2- checking servers states .
3- reading tasks from their manager .
4- checking technical issues which harm the game and contact with developers .
5- reading support tickets ( after filtering ) and sort them .
6- banning hackers after investigation and admitting situation ( take long time ofc )
7- uploading event pages and rewards
8- preparing patches .


Bro , GMs like us , humans not machines , they need to take some rest and remember .... GMs got war against fake CF also .

I understand that your point. But Players are customer and you see how they treat their customer. You see NA server is empty. Report hack and left. One month later ticket still open. People quit game cause no one care this game no more.

My friend said he is just random join room with no password okay still got ban. I told him send report. He just he dont care this empty game no more. I make this thread cause how the game funny is and guess what you are bch dont say “ just stop crying like a bch . Use your dead brain read this post before comment lil foo. Cause if permanent ban they gonna get sue cause no reason to get permanent if you not using hack. Thats is policy. Foooooooo

I agree with you that some tickets take long time for answering . But let me ask you something :
how many tickets come to support by day ?
I believe it's tons of tickets , those tickets need filtering , sorting and so on . And consider that each ticket with replay must seen 2 or 3 times to admit hack to be sure that ban deserved by gm .

Na empty servers was like that long time ago , sometimes we saw one server full . Yes some players leave for gaming reasons but not all . Many new games come from that time .

Finally about ( your ) friend that got ban for that zm hack . I think he hide something didn't tell ya . and remember .... GM is not an enemy , he like to see all play fair , comfort and enjoy .

Yes there is a shortage , but consider his work .
