I cant see the December Patch Notes

The page doesnt open trying all day long.. I cant see the Patch Notes, anyone else?

This is just a bug in the forums that happens quite frequently. The only solution for me was just to repeat the process of opening and closing the patch notes until the post actually showed the information. Good luck!
