are support tickets a waste of your time????????

ive sent 4 tickets over the last few weeks about my account. when they updated the profiles. they have mine as 9 years serves when it should be 10 i am a 10 year founder. me and my brother play from the start. ive sent 3 tickets asking them could they please fix the problem and the 4th ticket was could they please fix the problem or at least reply to my support ticket. still nothing. is this normal to be waiting for a reply this long. as i dont usually send support tickets. it says they will respond soon after its sent??????

No it's not normal. They should be responding to your tickets within 1 business day (Monday-Friday).

A ticket can take a long time to get reviewed. Maybe try sending the ticket again.
