Missing wins in ranked?

Maybe you can help me?

The matter is the players are "missing wins" in ranked.

I won 101 games on ranked 1v1 on this season,but I didn't get the "100 victories reward"(the 60 days diamond weapon and 6000 mp)

It shows to me "101 wins" but below that it writes "71 victories" ,I won few more games but it still shows "71 victories" and that's number doesn't change ((

I will get the knife jungle when it'll show "250 wins" or no?can you confirm?because the "victories" number seems to be stuck.

Wins=/=victories?...or did I miss something?since I'm very noob on these ranked things

Many players also have the same problem but no one know when will it get fixed so be sure that your wins will be counted but when noone knows , GMs are working in solving that

Maybe there is a "maximum 70 wins per week limit" or something like that ,I guess ?0

same thing is happening to me. I tried to send a ticket about it along with some screenshots. The GM just gave me some generic response about them fixing it but they don't know how long it will take.

• Improved an issue where sometimes ranked games would not count toward the mid-season victory rewards

I suggest to keep sending support tickets till they add all of your previous wins, good luck!
