Comp teams used to play in Echo 8 back then. Nowadays, the ES competitive teams play in LATAM North 10, ping isn't too bad for NA members, so give it a try (good matches there). For NA teams its Charlie 7 I hear, though it may be wrong, but feel free to ask in-game!

Echo 8 used to be a server name. It was where the competitive teams went to play with each other, scrims/some minor tournaments. There are similar servers/channels now, but they are harder to find since the competitive scene is quite small.
