ranked match much-needed improvements

hello pals. back again here with the veteran suggestions.. don't believe me? hop in a bot mode real quick and hit "VETERAN". sigh. anyways, when finding a queue in ranked, let us go in our friends list and see their profile info. this feature was available to us in past seasons of ranked but i believe it was discontinued due to bug prevention. but i think that's a terrible idea. u know how boring it is to sit in a queue with limited functionality ?

YES its so annoying having to leave the queue just to add someone or talk to the clan chat .......
