It is just a visual effect for specific vips you got a visual effect for m4a1 s iron beast it means that you need to have this m4a1 and use this effect for it

​​​​​no there isn't a box that you can obtain VIp perm from trade market but there is some boxs you can get some funny weapons from like : M4a1-meow box you need to buy it as it no longer distributed you get m4a1 meow (only perm in this box)from and also there is Ak-Trumpet box you can get it randomly or also buy it but you can get this ak 7,15,30, perm also Kriss super V ares
