Nobody interested with our reports

Hello guys.I got tired from cheaters,everygame i can see one hacker

Yesterday i played more than 5 ranked game and i could see more than 10 hacker.Whenever i saw one hacker i reported him but this is different problem too because nobody interested with our reports.When i was looking my report history just i could 1 closed report card and gm hadnt blocked him.Report card closed but he can still play this game with hack..

It take a while till your reports get reviewed but at last it will so be patient and also i advicr you to join CF official discord and folllow some instructions and apply for captain role and report there it could be faster to be reviewed

i have old reports..Thats mean tooo oooollllld reports ( i reported some players 4 years ago but still gm didnt see )..Just i am a player and i am not using discords.GMs should interested with reports

I know there is a problem with hacker reporting, but as I have written before to people who complain about it. Just because you believe they are hacking, it doesn't mean that they are. I know from many matches (especially in ranked), that 8/10 times when someone screamed hacker to another player and said they were going to report him/her with absolute proof, it was BS. As we game-players are an arrogant bunch of people, we don't like to lose and often will find something else to blame on, other than that the players who killed us are better.

I know in the season before the last one, when I actually were very active in ranked. It was the same talk: "It is 3-4 hackers in every game ahhhh, it's impossible to play ahhhhh, the GM's do nothing ahhhh". In over 250 matches, I counted about 10 players that were using wall for sure. 3 players that were using Aim. 1 floor surfer and a handful of stay in the same place and shoot bots. Also one speed-hacker in knife. The problem in ranked were not the hackers, it was lag. Only 1 out of 3 hits registered. You got killed after peeking etc.. Teleporting lag caused many players to scream wall (why I don't know). Some things very few players seem to think about, is that you can actually pinpoint players via sound (which caused a lot of idiots to scream wall). And the last thing "experience", as there are a small number of maps, each map has only a few places to hide and ways to move through. So with sound-pinpointing and map knowledge it ain't that hard to be ready to fire before you see the player (which causes many idiots to scream wall). Even I can do it and I am an idiot and bad-to-mediocre S&D player (and I seldom play with sound and I still have managed to guess were players are going to jump out, many times)

I know there are many hackers, but with experience of how many players minds seem to work after that season. I can say that every-time someone complains of hackers, you should take it with a grain of salt and when they scream about that half of the players are hackers I can just say: (as it is soon Christmas, i use these words) "Bah Humbug".

It should also be noted that the status box on the hack reports is fairly obsolete. They nearly never use and usually when they do it's more for other game staff notice more than it is player use. So you'll likely never see anything change with those status boxes regardless of if action is taken or not. And no you'll never be told if action was taken or not either due to their current policy. But before the profile changes you could watch and see if someone stopped logging in after you reported them. The last cheater I reported before that was for sure banned. Though that one was being incredibly obvious it still took some time. They are likely backlogged pretty heavily due to the current hack wave and then to add on it's currently the week of CFS so some of their staff is over in China as well and the left over staff is likely trying to cover everything in the office.

Well,about the "reports",I remember one of the GM's saying something about it like few months ago,something like "the players are either sending false reports or have struggle with english and don't know how to send report correctly,we receive lots of false reports,people are sending reports and only say "hacker" in the ticket without even mention the ign or the minute that there was a person who hacked in that room and it takes lots of time to go over thousands of replays and in the end find there was no thing on that room".

But well,I can tell you that lots on my reports were dealt with,since they put that "reviewed" mark near the ticket you sent,so you can know the report was dealt.so they do ban hackers

Guys can someone help me here? So 2 days ago i played against a hacker with aimbot, and he said his account is 3 days old and it's major... is that even possible? This is his account: https://crossfire.z8games.com/profile/26853533 . He literally has +1400 kills, the account is basically new and he is major... i thought it wasn't possible to boost their EXP. Btw he literally said that "i got my ways to rank up".

Yes, it is possible. Did you hear about 24h bots? Arrange with players from full vip (20vip each) x16 players. = 1game- 5min = 100k exp.
There are a lot of players with a red rank and they play like noobs

I am wonder about rhat, most of hackers are honorable and if gm bans, just he will be punished for 1 day .and then?
