10th Anniversary Weapon Collection

Hi GMs

I sent a support ticket regarding 10th anniversary weapon collection. I did all of the months during this year and collected every single 10th anniversary weapon except in the month of June when I got banned for 15 days for inflammation and I missed my reward by just 3 days. I know I got a reply on my query through support system but that was unfortunately not a suitable response. Is it sensible to reject a person who played 15 days for 11 months but missed 1 month by just 3 days for the reward of 10th anniversary collection? On top of that I was banned for 15 days that's why I wasn't able to complete my daily missions of that month so it's not like I didn't do it but those circumstances are beyond my control. GMs can look into the log and found it to be true.

Moreover, I am playing this game for 10 years and I am one of the old school players who stayed with the game despite ups and downs. I am not asking you to make exceptions here as it would be selfish but I would ask you to please amend the requirement of the 10th anniversary weapon collection to allow players who played 10 or 11 months during the 10th anniversary to get the reward.

Lastly, lets be honest here. There was neither any announcement nor any hint that there would be a 10th anniversary collection reward before December so many people missed this event just because of that. You guys should had to announce such a thing at the start of the year so everyone would had it in their minds. As you now made the announcement about it in the last month of the whole year then kindly for the sake of your player base listen to your community. Please look into this matter once again. Thanks!

cant agree more, or this or give a chance by some event like someone suggested , to all players to get 2 guns they missed.

Like anything else they’ll most likely bring it back in an event or sequel of events for a chance to get them. Things in this game always have a habit of reappearing.

I was strongly support winnnetou thread when he create one and I support yours as well

I also missed 2 weapons,they could've change the requirements from 12 weapons to 10 weapons to order to get the collection,or make some "make up event".

And let's be honest here,how many people completed all the 12 months?15 people?for be "fair" to some little few who were "addicted to the game for a year" they will make 40.000-70.000 players upset?the rage is unreal on their social medias (where there are no mods),they should really consider doing something about this !

1. The collection was announced in January.
2. I would like to see an event where people can get another chance at 1 or 2 weapons.
3. If you have been banned it's your own fault and you should not get it.
4. Reducing the amount of needed weapons for the collection reward would be a dumb move towards all those players who actually have every weapon.

dude we kinda have around 5k players (and around 3k of them gonna be banned for using cheats) x'D

I just sent a ticket about the 10'th year collection and collections in general,I wrote a wall of text,and they just replied in 4-5 words "we do not alter events upon user request" copy paste to a wall of text.

Like srsly I have put ton of effort into that ticket

I am always amazed over and over again about how lazy they are and how much they don't give a <removed> about their players

And after this they want us to pre order their stupid "vips"?they should go search somewhere else for suckers

Same here. They don't give a <remove> to their players. I sent them a ticket with strong reasons to change their requirement but they replied to me with the same response as you.

If you really think they should change it go have a look at your suggestion in Discord. The up and downvotes are representing a small part of the community but it shows the overall opinion about this.

Also the GMs are right to answer you like that in a ticket. They gave you their response, why should they start to argue with you there?

I disagree on some points. If someone is a collector the person would have done it either way, its for the dedicated. For your specific case, getting banned for 15 days was your own fault. Its similar to ribbons, you could easily expect rewards every 10 ribbons, until 60 currently, but before when it was like 30 at max, it was all speculation. its the same now, it was pretty reasonable that there would be a completion reward. Another would be other gun collections that got rewards but previously didnt. Maybe they just recently thought of it, maybe it was planned, we dont know. i dont see why they cant do surprises that arent really that surprising.

What i do agree is that they should be lenient because of how long it takes, 1 year. I only did like 1 of the months.

Hope they will have some event with the possibility of collection 1 maybe 2 weapons in case somebody missed them but lowering the requirements would NOT be fair for all of the players who will earn every weapon. Lets see what they decide. Good luck to all!
