Since the other post you replied to is already closed, strange, I could not cite you there and hopefully you will notice this thread.

I could not let it go unnoticed that the only post in the last few weeks you replied to was a negative one which brought bad publicity for you the GMs and Z8. Please answer me this, how comes that there are tons of complaints and threads about the cheating situation since November's patch which go unnoticed and the first post promoting a bad image of CrossFire gets answered and closed shortly after?

Additionally, referring to what you said in that previous thread (All Reading this <Current and Possible Future Players> NOT TO SIGN UP ON THIS GAME), comment #6, what you said there, in my opinion, you, the GMs are the only ones to blame for the impatience of the community. After such an event ended, you NEVER specified that the expected rewards will be distributed in the following 24H for example, you only stated that the rewards will be distributed AFTER the event had ended, which is sketchy. The lack of precise and effective communication is something that is always present. You are not connected with the community, which is not a bad thing, but also, you never listen to their needs, which is regretful.

Referring to your second comment, #13, from the same thread, paragraph 5, regarding the terms and conditions. You yourself should admit that the terms and conditions haven't been modified and tailored around both the player and the service provider's (Z8) needs since the beginning of the game in 2009. Speaking of the terms and conditions, mostly everything mentioned there is meant to protect the service provider (Z8) in case of any legal matter. The player CANNOT create an account without agreeing to the terms and conditions of the provider which I think is abusive. It is not abusive that you have to agree to them but the terms themselves are selfish and only serve to protect the service provider.

In the same thread you asked the guy who posted it to submit a ticket for any further problems and you will help him sort it out. From my personal experience I can safely tell that none of my tickets submitted in the last 5 years were solved and left me satisfied for the game I pay for. Spending even $1 on the game makes one a paying customer and as a customer one deserves to receive a proper answer instead of a copy-paste response which is completely unhelpful.

Bear with me, there not much left. The issue with the cheaters is completely out of your control, or maybe that's exactly what you intended. I cannot believe that, I a 9 year old veteran player hope to be in the same team with at least one cheater in any Ranked match so we stand a chance against the enemy team's cheater. Additionally, since when do people with high ping have the advantage over people with low ping ? I have a 20ish ping and constantly lose 1v1 battles against people with 80+ ping.

Last question, how difficult would it be to actually listen to us for once and clean the game for good, deliver good content instead of the monthly new weapons which by the way are purposefully intended to have an outrageously low dropping rates and pay more attention to what people are asking you to fix ?

I will just comment about responding to tickets from my experience they are helpful tbh i usually submit tickets about bugs and some errors in game they always send it to dev and i see next patch notes that errors has been fixed . about listening to community Kanadian is always available in discord and spend most of his time talking to Ppl there and discuss with them everything they wann to know . about cheaters the best solution is to report them nothing else

About the tickets I gotta agree.
Sent a ticket because my (and many others) game crashes when we're completely flashed, got the standard "blabla thanks for the report we will forward blabla", sent a reply asking if there's anything we can do right now, or if they could at least address one of the many threads about the matter, and my ticket was closed without a reply.

Good paying customers don't get any technical help, and the fact that they still tell us to waste our precious time with reports is downright insulting if our tickets are treated like this.

Well me and my friends have started playing cs again since I can't play cf anymore, that's how you lose good costumers.

The dude made thread literally 9 hours after event ended, if you’ve done the event you’d notice you automatically get revival coins and crates that alone and events like that make it impossible to not get the full rewards. 45k is a decent amount of ep so I’m guessing they could’ve of made it so you get it as soon as you finish but they might have wanted to check.

Its always been like that regarding which threads to reply on for years now don’t expect it to change along with the cheaters. It’s a free game so cheaters bound to come along with you can never get rid of them like other popular games. Difference between those game and cf though is they make it harder for you to make another account and cheat, anywhere from hardware bans, limiting account creations etc. On cf though you cheat, get banned, take 10 seconds to create another account and you’re good to go, they’re literally trying to fight fire with gas. Lmao

Why do you mess with crap like you know that no one will pay attention to you at least GM Kanadian. This game is made to take your money, even there is no fun in it anymore. Stupid weapons,EVENTS:mad::mad::mad:

this, oh my god

you hit them but you deal zero damage
they peek you but you can't even see them because their latency gives them the peeker's advantage

in melee ranked, hitting enemies also deal 0 damage and it happens way too often
and they keep walking through your body and you cannot do **** because they kill you before they even walked through you on their screen

We do not respond to as many threads because we are doing the exact thing you are asking for. My past few working days have been spent watching replays. Please do not open a new thread after one about the same topic gets closed. If you have further comments, you are always free to send a ticket. Regardless of your feelings towards the terms of service, you agreed to them, and you will abide by them or lose your account.
