For all those reading this Topic/Post , Do not join this game, you will regret it forever in your life. This game is a cesspit.
In my good faith i decided to complete the "Titan Citadel - Community Play - November 21 - December 4" Event, only to regret it after not receiving my EPs back and to waste my precious time (5 hours to be specific) that i won't get back.
I encourage all of you, ALL OF YOU, to backup all the data that you engage with the Support team in case Z8 tries to screw you over.

I hope all players (Current and Pseudo Future Players) to avoid and Uninstall this game. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL IT!

In the possibility of this Post/Topic goes delete by the Moderators and GMs, i am emailing all Cross Fire Competitors, all web sites related to game content, about how terrible and crappy this game really is and what goes on here that goes undisclosed and avoided.

Your problem with EP . Ep hasn't been disturbed yet maybe we will get EP today !! Ask your friends about it . if you wann leave as you like but if it was the only problem !! Don't do that

I haven’t received ep but I know I’m done maybe ep isn’t automatically applied so they have to manually add it. Event ended yesterday meaning today they might distribute it. Since you get revive coins immediately it’s safe to say you also get crates, so check your storage? Tracker updates slow so I used revive coins on top of tracker to help finish. They just got in the office maybe wait a bit.

5 hours is a lot but you had like what 14 days even doing 1 game a day would have been easy enough. Unless you one of the people that thought you had to kill Titan for your minutes to count and left like mid game. I’ll check in couple hours to see if I received ep.

The EP hasn't even been distributed yet. Community events generally need a manual distribution, and our guys in that team just got into the office. The event ended last night. You will get your EP if you completed the event, but you need to be patient. You also need infractions, lets just clean that up.

343 Minutes of playtime, I took a Print Screen and saved it for future troubles that might appear down on the line (or road, as the USA folks claim).

People are not Admins, they are users, therefore they have limited control over their accounts (unlike admins that can just generate any zp they want on their accounts and any type of crate they want), points and kills aren't just given away, they are earned through hard work, sweat and time consuming investment... you insult us and spit on our faces when you easily ban players for reasons like "Insulting & Harassment" and not for reasons like "Hacking"... countless times i've been insulted on this game, and all because you fail to control and watch over your own damn game... you easily take more time ban players for stupid reasons then to give the stuff they earned from their own sweat

When was the last time you even played this game? then i assume and presume you know about the bugs in ZM2 or HMX?

Every time you screw up, you are gonna listen from me, however/whatever/whichever/whenever/wherever/whoever or not if i get banned... You are at fault Z8, just admit it already and get on with it, period.

If i even care enough to bother, i would sue you or z8 games for inflicting this kind of treatment behavior on your own clients/customers, but in this matter, i think the best "course of action" is just exposure, to expose you and to alert this community for the screw up you done so far because, once your wallet is attacked, you will have no choice but to comply.


When players stop spending money on this game, you are gonna be left with a couple of middle east players who cant even afford money for their own food, mind as well spending money on this game in zp or vip... and when that happens, you will beg for Europeans and North Americans (mainly USA) to come back to no avail, if you are even lucky enough to get any sort of social security benefit or job for that matter.


Wanna clean up something important, instead of banning players for stupid and idiotic reasons, start with banning the Hackers and fixing the bugs.

Okay lets get a few things just sorted out here so that you understand the situation.

Firstly, despite what you may think, the GM's actually don't have the ability to generate ZP and must make a request to do so from another department. However, this literally has nothing to do with the above topic, and you are trying to lash out because your original topic was incorrect.

I will not discuss bans here, but take a look around at the people whining about their accounts being banned because they got caught hacking.

To answer your question, the last time I played this game was 3 hours ago, S&D on Eagle Eye. I lost, unfortunately

As for 'sue you guys' please review our terms and conditions that you agreed to, as well as the applicable laws for Canada, where we are based out of.

If you have further questions, please feel free to send us a ticket, and we will be more than happy to help you out, as long as it is in a respectful manner that follows our guidelines.

I will however be closing this topic considering you are attacking multiple people for voicing their opinions, exactly as you did.
