Blocked from server!!

Hello, would you like to know why my account is blocked for a 1 day? I didn't do anything wrong, I didn't use any kind of cheat hack...
I'm waiting for an answer as soon as possible and get that unfair block with me!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Below is the message that appears on my login screen:

You are blocked from server for a while 1 days (46 hours 5 minutes)

I tried to put here the image of my screen, but I couldn't upload the image!!!!

Yea maybe you were too rude to someone, if its what the ban is about try to refrain from insulting next times (even hac.ckers) cause you might get longer bans

Well I'm sure I didn't do anything wrong, I usually play with the players but nothing to be serious... even today one player called me CANCER and I took it in the game but the player himself called me to really offend me, but I didn't take it seriously and took it in the game at the moment and so I also did the same with him... if it was for that reason I'm being unfairly banned....

You may insulted him using different words so he took SS and report you anyway you can send a ticket and ask about the reason for your ban
