10 year service???

sent support ticket but it doesn't show in sent tickets after writing a long message. im in my profile an notice it says 9 years service but I have 10 year service I even have the 10 year founder spray and name card but I don't have the ribbon for 10 year? I was also looking for the date I created the account and I couldn't find. I remember you could check before. any help would be much appreciated

You can easily send a ticket again and provdie Your Founder Spray and Namecard with. There is a way you may find your creation date but you need to have the first email registered you will find email from Z8Games (ex 3-12-2009)

I have over 40k emails it would take all day. I tried to narrow it down with entering z8 games or cross fire but its not coming up
