Maybe your screen resolution isn't Compatible with your Game screen so review it and if problem still up send a ticket

Thanks everybody. problem was with screen resolution. i send 800x600 and all work.

In order to avoid that eventuality, you need to update the correct and safe driver for your video card (chip NVIDIA or Intel).
