how to get this ribbons in 2019?

Hello! writte me pls, how get this ribbons ? (even those that are discontinued) if it is stopped, then give it to everyone who wants it. I think that many who want to get them. (Russians, EU, Spain, and other)

Wait and see if they do a Ribbon-Rummage after christmas, like they have done before. At least some of the ribbons you don't have may come up.

There are some ribbons you can obtain when they do ribbon rummage but also there are many ribbons of these pictures that you can't obtain like Facebook ribbon and crossfire plugged in ( you need to attend a cross fire offline event ) 2011&2012 film you can't also obtain also 2.0

I will start from top and left side so bear with me.

1st = you either have to gift ZP to someone or to receive ZP as a gift from someone to earn this ribbon.
2nd = you had to join Global risk or Black List side in a rival factions event a long time ago (2010 or may be 2011). It is not available anymore.
3rd = It was a event linked to crossfire's 2.0 update so it was one off ribbon. It is not available anymore.
4th = It is for people who participated or will particpate offline crossfire event. These events appear time to time and mostly for NA region.
5th = It was for those who liked Crossfire west's official facebook page. It is not available anymore.
6th = It was for may-hem event long time ago and it may appear sometime in future but right now It is not achievable.
7th = Another event related ribbon which may appear in future and is not available ATM.
8th = Halloween Costume event. Only handful of people won this ribbon which were selected by GMs themselves. It appears at every halloween and is not available currently.
9th, 10th and 11th = last three ribbons were for film festival events held in different years and again only few people selected by GMs of that time won those ribbons. It is not available anymore and may appear sometime in future in different form or shape.

Well, first of all not every ribbon is designed to be reachable for any moment and it including some exclusive ribbons.
and the second thing is если ты думаешь что тебя тут уважать станут, то вали обратно и не порти людям жизнь, Савйер.
