Ranked is unplayable

Literally there is at least one cheater in every single match I join in EU ranked. They don't even try to hide it, yet they still play freely without getting banned and ruin the game.
Most of them have names like ahmed, mohamed, medo and huge pings. It is obvious they are foreigners, why they join the European servers? If you can't ban them, seperate them from us. Put restrictions. Give them their own server and contain them there and let them kill each other with their cheats. Enough is enough.
