[Account Issues] ZP Purchase w/ "Cashapp Cash-Card" (via PayPal)

Okay, so to clarify right off top this isn't an inquiry about a ZP purchase that hadn't been accredited to my account.. So, I didn't think that checking the support link would cover my question. Furthermore, I was hoping that perhaps I'm not the only person who's experienced this problem and that potentially you guys would happen to know the answer or what the reason may be.

So - very easy to explain, I wanted to take advantage of this fair "Black Friday" deal you guys have got going on to stack up a little extra ZP for the account, and when I went to make the purchase through "Paymentwall" (Credit/Debit Card) I entered the information for my Cashapp issued Visa Debit "Cash Card".. Lo and behold it was declined, despite my knowing that I've for sure got at least $170 in my Cashapp account.
I assumed that perhaps it was because it was a 'prepaid' card, and that it wouldn't be accepted for some reason. But anyways, I tried to work around that problem by attaching the same card to my PayPal account and just checkout with the "E-Wallet" option. Once again, I was stonewalled and it was declined despite me having more than enough funds to cover the purchase. :eek:

That brings me to my question - Why is it unable to process the payment? I don't have a problem charging my cashapp card or my paypal account anywhere else.. I think it's a bit inconvenient to not be able to use it despite it being a verified VISA (with a security code/ chip and the whole shebang). Any kind of explanation would be greatly appreciated.

I'd really like to avoid having to "cash-out" the cashapp account and lose money just for the transfer so that I don't miss out on the deadline for the discounts.. That's messed up man.
