Custom Kill Marks in 2019

Is it still possible to import custom kill marks or is it prohibited now?

If i understand wll I think to bring something like that you need to change some files in game whuich isn't allowed .

Modifying the necessary REZ files is no longer allowed. This is something I miss quite a bit due to the amount of variety that was out there and how great some of them looked. I was hoping z8 would actually start releasing some of their own now that they banned it but no, the only 2 available are behind a VIP paywall and the remaining ones are found in the trade market for 7 days.

its even sad that we didnt allowed to add our own killsounds, its just boring after arround 10 years the same kill sounds, at least back in the days i could switch from time to time kill sounds, like from Call of Duty and so on, and they dont didnt changed it till today just denied us to change them, because it would be "illegal" modifing the game.... sure not to hear that normal "multi kill" instead to hear a big laugter then or something like that...
