Cant you GMs just get rid of the egy cheat that has been out for ages. like for real , such a big company and you getting fooled by them .
instead you bann ppl from the discord that complain about the situation for a reason.

so annyoing cant even live hack report and my hack report tickets are not getting reviewed to bann such idiots cheating their asses off in ranked .

They should block egy region for crossfire to fight with thems, if his anti-cheat is so bad '.'

So, this can definitely be a "double edged" sword in a sense.. Let me explain - there is the risk of this "report" function being abused (ex: raging kids; trolling; spamming) so there's that to think about.. Additionally, think from the perspective of a game moderator - if you're online and you've got 100+ notifications coming through for alleged hacking it could easily be overwhelming.

Now, I would assume that the procedure for reports have been put in place to make it more efficient for organization and actually getting resolved in order. As far as reports that haven't been closed I can only imagine that it's because they're treated like a court preceding - they are investigated, there are (or should be) rebuttals from both parties and the evidence is reviewed before coming to a judgement. It wouldn't really be very fair to insta-ban without any sort of communication from/by the defendant for an opportunity to explain or refute the claims.

This is just my opinion..

Anywho - I can't even play ranked yet So I've yet to experience the frustration from this first-hand.

- yes , there are ppl cheating since like the last 3 seasons - still not banned yet ( even tho blatant af )
- ingame report would be dope , but just if they actually stack up on GMs watching them
- blocking egyptian player would solve everything for legit 90% , but the other 10% player are legit and its kinda not fair.
- just dont mute/bann ppl from ur discord for complaining about the situation who actually want to help the GMs by reporting them live, since tickets are kinda meh/ useless
- there are cheats (wh , aim , macros w/e) in legit every game you play
- there are ppl queueing up with cheaters blatantly to gain points/ ranks - punish them ffs - its not fair .

its not possible , that a guy that got reported 7 days ago is now in top 20 with blatant cheats.... just 1 case btw.

just do your work and dont let us down , we been a part of this game since 10years or w/e .
