Lose in Ranked Deducted Total Victories

I figure out after I got max honour points(2500) for this season, if I lose in a 1vs1 match, I got my total victories deducted.

As the pictures above shown, I have 181 victories on my profile page but only 168 wins on my ranked page.

EDIT: New discover, winning a 1vs1 match sometimes did not increase my total victories on ranked page, it even deducted my total victories after re-open ranked tab.
It only happened with ranked 1vs1. It is a serious bug. Also, for some people, victories in 1vs1 did not even count toward total victories for all modes.

I suggest a simple solution, just set victories on ranked page equal to the victories shown on profile page.

My 1v1 wins doesnt even count towards my 250 wins, so yeah .. this sht is glitch in so many ways

About 1vs1 one of my friends has 60 wins all of them 1vs1 so i think there is a problem so please submit a ticket with this problem and wait for GM'S answer

I submitted a ticket on this matter. They replied with a generic response and closed the ticket. I re-opened one again and they said that since I already opened another ticket on the same topic I can consider the response from the first ticket as resolution for the second one. GG, they could not care less.

This is a serious thing in which we dont have any official announcement (sadly), either they dont know what the issue is or they are still thinking about how it should be solved. Hope we can have an official statement about the wins counting or not in 1vs1 ranked matches. With every day people will be getting more and more mad about this failure mode.
