Hello, I am still trying for half a year to change my email but I do not receive confirmation yet to check but nothing works I am desperate who can help me is my account and I do not want to lose I have access to the old email but I receive nothing why ? I still sent the ticket I think I sent 6 but tells me that it is not completed correctly so something is not normal please help

Second,contact admin support ,you only need to send one ticket with correct information

You need to have correct information about your account so if you don't they can't help you in this problem and also check your mail box in yahoo

Check spam masseges in your E-mail sometimes i found all of z8games masseges their or send support ticket..
