ranked win counter not being correct

hello, does anybody else have the problem that the win counter is not correct? for example i have won 252 games of ranked games and the counter is stuck on 234 it would now and then go up to 235 but the next game go back down to 234 so its imposseble to get the jungle knife like this.

I know that this happened to some players in last season (or season before). Match win Number 250 was like this for me 2 seasons ago. But when I restarted the game, the next match win registered and i got to 250.

i think that this is not bug.
that screenhot is showing total numbers of win (including 1VS1 mode,which does not counting wins )
