Account hacked (email changed)

so i tried to go to account recovery with support ticket and i had created the account in 2013 or 2014 i honestly cant remember and so i put information in from 2015 and all the ( gm) say is

No one can help you with this problem you are the only one that can help your self by remembering your information and provide them with and if you provide correct info they will help you to recover your account so find your information if you saved them in your pc or somewhere else
