Stolen account & yahoo email

Hello, so... somehow my acc was stolen but it's linked to a yahoo email so i can't change password through this "forgot my password" option so i was wondering if a GM could send it manually to my email
*i don't have to send a ticket to account administration department as i already have the email* my point is if the automatic system isn't working with yahoo, can't it be done manually ?

I don't think it isn't a pronlem from z8games side so the best thing is to send a ticket provide them with your account information and ask to change email then restore your account and it is better to use gmail one

You do have to send a ticket, even if it's only to change your password.

my point is i don't really remember the security question & answer so the only way to get it back is through the forgot password system but i'll give it a try .. thanks budd
