Ranked match error

I hope that one of the GMs will see this post.

It become a usual thing that after a patch the ranked matches are bugged, meaning, random error which yield loss of point and unplayable mode.

I would kindly ask to sort this situation asap.

i has this error too. i play, play and game room close and i get -20.... in Russian server tbis problem too.

Nothing new, It comes and goes every ranked-season it seems.

The best thing to do is sending a ticket provided them with SS it will help them .
