Ranked 1vs1 Prevent Basecamping

Hello,
I'd like to suggest putting a Damage Zone into spawns on Ranked 1vs1 after like 10-15 seconds to prevent people from Camping in there with shotguns and slugs. Its kinda hard to win rounds against those people cuz u don't know where exactly they are while they just have to aim at one point and wait for you.
Let me know what u think about this idea.

+1 Before I haven't played 1v1 I thought you're joking, but there are so many people just camping in spawn it's awful.
