i got a bug in the time for repurchasing the upgrade kit package from mileage shop it shows 65535days till the next purchase ,
as the real date is 0 and i should be able to buy it rn.

Log out, then relog in after some time, it should have fixed it self. If not wait a day and it should be fixed then. It happened to a lot of players (including me), so there is no need to worry.
