Why does the New Halloween Fun crate cost 5000 EP?

As the title says, why does the crate cost so much compared to the Santa Hat/Rudolph Helmet (New Xmas Fun Crate)? It's so funny how those Xmas hats that we're super rare keep being used by almost everyone. Could you consider reducing the Price of that Halloween Fun crate, so that everyone is able to buy it?

It is a little bit frustrating that rare items are now in everybody storage, I knew when Santa hat or witch hat were super rare... Good old times

I think they were rare because it was 10 years ago they came out as gp crates. back then people had to spend money on zp crates to be a gp billionaire and those that did no longer play the game.
