So I bought 100k zp (got the 50%) and I didnt receive the 35 crate tickets, m4a1 / grenade Halloween and the bullet proof vest/helmet.
Can someone help me?

I had the same problem when i recharged this month, I sent a ticket (as a complain) and they fixed it in a couple of hours.
