When will this forum be upgraded?

It's been almost 2 years since this website was "upgraded" but it still has white background which used to hurt my eyes (god knows if it still does) however our eyes are adjusted to this ultra white background.

There are still many different syntax errors whenever I try to post a comment or create a thread. Like and unlike button is there for the show and we can't like or unlike anything. My "join date" always shows the current month rather than the actual month when I joined the forums. Clan page has still not fully developed yet.

The website has undergone soo many maintenance updates these 2 years but it still hasn't been upgraded. Please look into this matter as your website is the first thing your potential customers (players) notice.

Heya Olpers! We actually have been upgrading our site and forums constantly, which is why you see what you currently do - its an ongoing construction project! Hopefully we'll soon have a few changes that you might like, but until then we thank you for being patient thus far. All we ask is that you understand that not every upgrade is visible to you guys, and that you trust that we are indeed working on things all the time. Thanks!

At least you don't get: "You have been banned" messages randomly anymore and the forums have become somewhat more stable in the last couple of months (Though definitively not perfect). This summer the site became crazy in some random way every 2nd or 3rd log-in or so.

Dont get why this forum cant be properly updated UI wise, its just that hard to get the Black Theme? even a grey one to dim the bright. (old one was better in some many ways). Its under construction at a really low phase...

Only two things I really want on this forum and these are:
-A dark theme
-A fix for "not authorized to view this page" in every new announcement thread

I still get these ban msgs for 'flame' when i go check the forum while not logged in

Yeah forum should be upgraded,its still buggy
Speaking of buggy page
Example, when I check with my phone, usually it shows responses and views wrongly for any topic
