Grave games ribbon not delivered

So the Grave Games ribbon was not delivered to me because the staff claims I did not make the necessary kills for the Zombie goal. I think this is a joke since throughout the week I played 20+ ZM games and obviously I made the necessary kills. Honestly, the way the GMs are slamming the door on our tickets is infuriating. Bellow is the reply I received:

I strongly believe there is a bug in those event logs since I heard that I am not the only one in this situation. Hopefully something will change.

Always take a screen-print of your results. I have seen so many get screwed because they can't prove they won something, I have become paranoid about it and take screen-prints at every stage in an event.

A question.
Did you only do Elemental Temple map? Because that map seemed not to register for me.
I first played Devastated City 3 times, then 1 time Crater dawn and finally 4 times elemental temple.
That day, it didn't update the tracker to finished (I thought it was just slow like always), but it was the same the next day. After I played several matches of ZM-1 Devestated City and a couple of EMD lab, I checked again and then it was updated to finished status.

Hello there buddy, unfortunately this is something that is happening more and more in the events... as a user we need to be one step ahead always and try to provide as much evidence as possible.
In this case since there was no individual tracker, following our progress was a total Blackout.

I have asked in Discord about which ZM maps were eligible for the community goal and GM's told me any ZM1/ZM2/ZM3 at any difficulty Easy/Hard/Expert/Nightmare will count, games should be finished (this means seeing the results window) and you should win the game (meaning that using all your lives, dying and exit to the results page, will be a NO GO for sure).

Personally I played 6 times Fatal Canyon Easy mode since I was able to finish this solo-ing. Then finished 2-3 in ZM2 Shipyard/Battleship and finally as plus I made 2 ET Nightmare
Dont know if your case falls under some of the restrictions (finish and win the ZM game) or that some of the maps did not count at all.

I got the ribbon today without a failure. I think if you remember the date/time you played and finish your ZM games (during the event) you should open another ticket so they can look upon the specific time frames.
