Screenshots saved as ".jpg"

Hello everybody,

Screenshots in CF are... Bitmaps?!

​​​​​Why not change it to .jpg? We are living in 2019. Bitmaps are out.

I use the software "Snapper" instead, free, lightweight and works very good. (It saves in JPG). For some reason CF's screen-print function has stopped working for me since i changed to Windows 10.

I know that there are many programs to use, but if a game has a screenshot function, why not do it correctly?

The usual. Report someone with screenshots but convert them first since the format CF uses is too large and not allowed to be uploaded into the support ticket :P

I laughed last time I had to submit a screenshot in a support ticket. The fact that CF's supports doesn't even support their own built in screenshots is just so hilariously Z8. Stuff like that is what you come to expect from this game.
