Need a developer or a GM to provide technical details about a game issue

Ok lets post a descent bug issue,

lets get to the point and explain later, Now I need info to provide it to my ISP as I cant play in MENA region I get "network connection error. Moving to lobby(33_10136)" when I click on join game. https://ibb.co/94N0YpT
other regions/servers work just fine.Now I need an url or udp or tcp or whatever technical term to provide to my service provider to check it or enable it for me .

And also disabled my firewall and anti-virus.
nothing worked for me still have the problem.
the only thing I made to be able to play in MENA server is to use a vpn to bypass whatever blocked service/server .
