I definitely understand your frustration as someone who has opened 600 crates and got nothing. Then there's that stickied thread that's been around for years basically saying "too bad" which is honestly just a very tone deaf justification for a scummy business practice especially for a video game. It sucks man, hope you have better luck in other things if you decide not to buy crates anymore.
