Weapon Combination?

I have saw the new Combination system in crossfire... And I am wondering how to get the combination items of the M4A1 Guan Yu... Also, Will they release any new combine-able weapons in the future? And will they make these Combine-able weapons easy to get? If it becomes easy to get the weapon will lose it's rarity and value which makes it a pointless weapon... I just hope that these weapons don't become so easy to get that everyone gets it... I hope these weapons be as rare as Black Market noble beast/prime beast weapons...

From the looks of it to me, it just looks like its cosmetic if you already have the m4. I dont know 100% what it is but thats all what i think unless a mod or dev tells us.
