Incompetent GM, my acc has been losed
I am Ow_Big(NB_Big). an HMX player.
First, I'll tell something about what happened to me.
At 9 Oct evening. when i finish shopping back to home and open CF, It showed wrong password, i try again , always wrong.
Then i try to log in at website, also showed wrong PW, after that, i try recover acc, but it showed 'this acc is not available for recover.
i didn't know why, i never give anyone my acc, and my email never recieved any message.
Then, i send tickets to GM, i can offer any details and all of payment details. also include first email address and igm .etc....
But GM answer me: 'The registered email address on any Z8Games account can only be changed once every 90 days. As the email address on this account has been changed in the past 90 days, we kindly ask you to submit a new request after this duration has ended.'
i send 5 or 6 tickets , and got the same answer.
Finally i want sure my email address work or not . As we all know ,1 email address can only use in 1 acc. so i try to create a new acc with my old email address. Sucessful. It means my email address has been changed, without pw and message.
Now i have sone question for GM:
1.How did the thief got my acc without PW and email ??
2.Is your policy unreasonable? Now there are 100K zp in my acc and the thief play in my acc, i can only see he use my zp and nothing i can do?
why i can offer all of details but can't recover the acc? why i need 90 days? if thief change his email address every 90 days, means i will lose my acc forever?
Sometimes i even wonder if GM stole my account.
Plz tell me what can i do now. If u told me i can only wait for 90 days, i will leave this game.

1. i use outlook not yahoo.
2. i never save any info in web or in disk. in fact i am a really lazy man. maybe i prefer forgot all of these infor, rather than write it down or save it.
3. the major i learn in university is Computer Science, and i am not kid, i can clearly distinguish scam or phising web. And the crowd I get along with had no way to send me these fraudulent links.
Finally,It is precisely because replacing mailboxes requires sending a ticket to be manually audited by GM. Manual auditing is very subjective, so I will question whether GM's work is negligent.

And u said ' the real account owner have the time to submit a recovery ticket to claim back the account' i just want ask HOW? HOW CAN I SEND TICKET TO FIND IT BACK? GM CAN JUST ANSWER AGAIN AND AGAIN " ONCE ONLY IN 90 DAYS" even if i can offer all of details but they NEVER check it.
Your reply is ridiculous. U R always looking for my reasons, e-mail/fraudulent website etc.
Finally, u even said that I had no account information, and the thieves stole my account with account information. what u mean? u mean i am the thief? funnny! Can't you see what I said? Or is it just a messy response to stir up the situation?
Finally, I would like to say once again that I remember all the details and information that can provide a recharge record of more than $1000 since Black Friday last year, as well as information about my usual IP address, previously bound mailboxes, and so on. I can even let our clan master to prove , as an LT in Lv.SS clan. -
I don't know if anyone else has the details of my account, but even myself, it takes a lot of energy to recall the information and find the recharge records. Others can't easily access these contents.
Generally speaking, I suspect that the thieves sent tickets to GM, but because of the imprecise GM audit, they passed the request, resulting in the loss of my account. You don't have to look for reasons like email, information leaks, etc.I suggest that u can even say i give other ppl my acc when I'm sleepwalking.
In addition, I sent this post in order to know the reasons for the loss of accounts, but also want to solve the problem is how to retrieve. As I mentioned earlier, I'm a real account owner and can provide all the details, but I can't retrieve the lost account. The 90-day policy of restriction is absolutely foolish. -

I don't know what you learn .. but "Outlook" is just a program (and not a email service by itself) and is used to acces your email account instead using a web interface, so it can be set to access gmail account, yahoo account...etc or the personal email you have on a custom email server on your custom domain ... or if you are using a student email provided by university, you can set and use outlook to acces the email you have on the server university ( usually those emails are most easy to be hacked by other studeds - not always but is also a possible cause).
Anyway someone else clearly have all the details you have about your account and that was possible to change the registered email, then change your account password - if that happend you must deal only with support center - and yes that 90 days cooldown was set from many other reasons
BUT your main concern right now should be: how someone else have acces to all those details ? - because even you will get your account back will be useless if you don't find and solve the cause and same person can take your account again after 90 more days after you will recover your account back ...
P.S. Check all your devices with better antivirus .. etc.
well buddy , i've back to this game after 2 months and guess what ? my account details was changed the same as this guy , i did not share my account , no one has access to my PC as i'm the only kid in the family , my PC was off all the time i was in college and still my account details has changed !????
i'm 2nd year IT , i'm not that stupid to download any kind of malware just to come back making a fuss about my account , the guy over here is 100% right , z8games is really " Incompetent " when it comes to privacy , there could be other ways and methods to verify the account owner such as IP address , geolocation and more
this time z8games should aologize and they should investigate about this matter immediatly , cause it's really annoying to let this issue going on
we really worked hard on our account , and they should not tolorate this matter. -
Did you log in a cafe or something was my first guess. But the “thief” had info to change your email which is hard since I’ve been trying to change my email for few years back with no success because I dint recall what jibberish I filled for my security questions. You either shared accounts with someone you thought you could trust which is probably true because you state you’re an hmx player those folks always be sharing accounts to use for YouTube videos.
You could always chargeback any recent zp purchases so GM locks aka ban the account. -

IP adress is irelevant - not all players use static IP, depending on the ISP service, some may have the ISP gateway IP over internet , so when change the ISP ofc will change the IP over internet. ...so you see from the moment you create the account and the moment you wish to prove the account is yours you can also already be using a lots of IP's.
geolocations is irelevant (and is possible not to be allowed on all countries, also users can't be agree with that, or have turned off all telemetry services for some reasons ...etc), also not all players play only from their homes, some travel a lot due to their jobs .. etc.
BUT there are some informations on each account ( info that each player is required to set upon account creation) that can't be changed - not even by z8 support staff - those informations are the only pieces of evidence required in order to prove you are the account holder and change the registered email and/or change password ... in the absence all those correct info no change will be made:
1. login id (can't be changed)
2. current registered email (this can be changed only by submitting a ticket with all other correct informations) - but you will use last registered email before account was stolen
3. security question + answer (can't be changed)
4. account creation date (can't be changed)
5. date of birth (can't be changed)
So if someone have acces to your account - he can change only the password by himself BUT can't change all other informations AND to change the registered email is possible only by submitting a ticket with all 5 correct infromation required !!!
After you set your account there is no way you can find those informations on your account only by login z8 webpage (that's why you need to save those info somewhere safe !)
NOW you can think yourself how someone else can find all those correct info in order to send a proper support ticket to change also the registered email ?
( therefore i example most usual scenario ) ..
AND presuming that a GM will leack any player account to someone else just because they can or they wish - that can't and won't happend - that is more like a movie scenario then real cause of a player loosing account LOL, but when someone present all those correct informations and wish to change the email of the account - there is no other way , they have to change-it since that person provide all required info.
P.S.
In the end all i'm saying is in those cases the breach was on player side (most of the time)... sometime on email provider (all major email provider got hacked at some point in the past and millions of email accounts + password was leaked to unknow users) , but even when email provider is compromised - game account is stolen only if player leave the email with all z8 account details there ... so you see we reach again in the line from z8 terms where the player alone is responsable to securing the account details - and securing doesn't mean to leave all those account details on email or a text file somewhere ...

Birthday, login name and creation date are very easy to know: I open my birthday on FB, I am from the European service migration account, the account creation date is a fixed day.
