cant play in MENA region

Hello I can play in Europe but in MENA ( where I live ) I get the following error message (I cant upload the image)

error is : network connection error. Moving to lobby(33_10136)
I tried to change my router and pc but still have the same problem.
help me please I wanna try ping less than 60 XD

Update : I still cant play in mena my friends getting 30 to 40 ping and I'm still cant even join a game
