My account has been stolen, what should I do?I read everything in the FAQ and did what I should do after my account is stolen.I created an alternate account and filled in as much information as possible to recover my account, but couldn't.I need someone's help, I know my login ID, first name I entered the game, I know the secret question, the secret answer, what day I created my account, I know the first name I entered when I migrated my account, without the first account's e-mail. And I have no payments, because since I emigrated my account, I have not made payments. And I know the first password when I emigrated my account.

  • When you migrate your account from CF Europa to CF West - during the migration process you was required to complete a new set of data for the new CFWest account - including a security question and answer + date of birth , whatever date you set in the migration process - you should remember as support center won't unveil that information to anyone, not even to the real owner since is a security check.

    I'm not really remembering, I know that when I emigrated the account, I know I did it all, yet I don't remember what I got into it.
    How do I prove that I own the account, I just don't remember the date I was born.
