Rank match problems and black market problems

I feel obliged to write in the forum with the hope to found a GM or MOD that read this thread.
I want to speak to you about two thing: black market and ranked match.
First of all, it is not possible to get a crash in rank match because the server is not suitable to make so many people play together competitive. If you get a crash at last round, first: you will lose 20 points because you can't join in time to the match before the end; second: your team will remain 4vs5 (or 3vs5 like happens to me today, and I lost the game for this reason) and the team will be in disadvantage against a team with more players.

Now, I'm going to speak about black market. Since there were the fusion of Crossfire versions (CF EU + CF NA), I spinned with EP about 100-150 capsules (aka craters) with annexes lucky spins every 20 spin (or more if you spin only when you have lucky spin ready to be used) of Dual Karambit, obviously without win anything. I thought: "well, this is only an accident, maybe with one other gun the things can change". So, let's try to spin M200 with EP (I remember everyone that there were untill today an event that you can win 25K EP). I spinned only today 38 capsules (with annexes 2 lucky spins) without win. In total, on all period that I spin M200 I opened like 100-150 capsules of M200. Obviously without win.
I mean, if I had spent 100 euro to spin 100 capsules without win nothing, I would feel very very bad. I think that this is the time to increase the chance to win a weapon on black market.
It is not a correct thing to make a player spin so many capsules without win the gun that the player wants.
you can tell me "after 150 coupons you win a permanent weapon". Yes but if I spin for M200, it means that I want m200, and I don't want the gun of tickets. If I spin Dual Karambit, it means that I want Dual Karambits and I don't want Dual Uzi Gold of tickets market.

I ask for two things:
1) Improve the game and improve the server to make us free to play ranked matches without crash;
2) Increase the chance to win a weapon on black market because we can't spend 300 euro to get a weapon.
