Is cheating on dummy accounts the new trend in crossfire now?

So I have entered Some crossfire servers that don't require a specific rank to join... And well, I found so many cheaters, Literally there was a cheater in each and every single game, These cheaters have main accounts but they are cheating on dummy new accounts to avoid banning their main account, some of these cheaters even use a Trainee account, so is cheating like that the new trend now? And the account ban for these cheaters is not enough, Z8Games must give these cheaters an IP ban to that their main account would get banned do and they get what they deserve... So tell me, did you notice the percentage of cheaters on dummy accounts getting so high? Also do you agree if IP Ban should be added to crossfire NA?
Also here is how I describe that cheat they are using:
That cheat makes their Char Un-touchable by making their Char be dead and lying on the ground on other player's screens and Alive on cheater's screen, So in that way he can do what ever he want and remain un-touched, Also that cheat they are using Comes with Aimbot and Wallhack and see Ghosts hack...
SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!

Seen it before,I saved a replay also. Cheaters body on others screen was in the “dead position” so when you shooting you’re hitting but can’t do any damage at while cheater going around tapping. Funny thing is on everyone’s screen he looks dead and just gliding across the floor but when I watch replay for his pov and he was moving like the position your character does when you get nade killed and backflip but on nonstop loop.

This trend is alive for years. Throwaway accounts make it easy to cheat. Nowadays they get more guns and GP to play with.
Gamerage banned people and blocked their HWID. I actually tried to test that on my old PC i was throwing away anyway. I got a free cheat years ago and obviously cheated in high ranked games telling people to report me. I got banned and gamerage banned the HWID of my old PC. Technically you have to get new components if you want to play again.
CF WESTs support and hack banning is a lousy joke. The replays are out of sync and bad. I don't know what happened. EU and old NA never had these issues. You clearly saw an aimbot or a no recoil in the replay. Nowadays you don't see anything. No aimbot spins, no no-recoil bulletholes etc.
I get the devs. A halfassed replay which lags and teleports around is no proof of someone actually cheating. But all the replays are like that.
Like 2 weeks ago a guy joined a TDM and was OHK people in the body with an M4 and walled. Was a trainee with a throwaway account, numbers as name. He shot once and people died. Replay showed he didn't fire at all, his gun just did recoil animations. He constantly looked at peoples names through walls and prefired every corner. I reported him with a lot of timestamps in the intended way. Guess what, he still plays occasionally.
I guess CF devs just give it up as long as they get a steady income through ZP.
