HELP! I no longer have access to the Email I created my z8games about with!

So I created my Z8Games account in early 2015, But then the Yahoo account I created my crossfire account with... I deleted that Yahoo account 1 year ago without knowing that I created my Z8Games account with it, So what should I do to change my Email? I also don't remember the secret Question because I created this account 4 Years ago, please tell me what to do

I tried I think 2016/2017 for quite a long time to change my info on this account, even spent few days with Microsoft to gain forgotten email back which was linked to this account thinking it will help me and z8 in further assisting me but nope. Even though I have access and play regularly I’m not considered the owner because I have no idea what my questions were since it’s been over 6 years and knowing me the answer was probably gibberish since back then all I did was if I wanted to play a game was just fill out random stuff and only remember my info to login.

Even though I had gotten email when I logged in I couldn’t find anything CF related but an email from gamerage which only had my username and thanking me for registering, never got an email of my infos so I just stopped with z8 support was wasting both our times.

They should add 2FA, It would help people who don't have account control from email
