Why each time I become a groggy in S&D I Get code CF Error?

So lately each time I become a groggy (Knocked out and need to be revived by a teammate) When I climb any stairs I get code CF Error (that error that happens when someone try to glitch) But why I get that error?

they will tell you to "reboot" your pc
