Clan names

Alright, so
I believe this question was raised before but why the clan names weren't included in the "automatic idle reset" project which is running for players??
What i mean with this question/topic is that an idle reset for the clans after "x" period of time would benefit everybody, especially the active (donators) players which would like to name their clan a certain way but the can't cause its taken by a smiley face account which decided to create an account back in 2009 just to lock a clan name and than burry it.
Its not fair and its an easy fix, you just have to want to do it.
