The Wheel Of Fortune

I span the wheel of fortune and won the (Dual Karambit Camo) .. then I didn't find it in my inventory
and I got other issues that I won 5 crates and received only one then I got the rest 4 crates with CF support ticket
after that I found a miscalculation of my rewards and I didn't even receive one of them which is the permanent weapon
the page said I got 17 rewards and I can see only 15 .. even the 5X Special Operations crates I got were not counted
and the Dual Karambit Camo still not in my storage yet .. I sent another supply ticket and they couldn't solve it
please help me ...
