Why I didn't get my promised reward after Pyramids and Parkour event!

So yesterday I reached the finish line in Giza more than 15 times, and Then I Just logged in today and didn't find the 10 crates and 30 days gold bar they promised, but why?

They might not have given out all the prices yet. If they say Monday, it might be Tuesday or Wednesday you actually get your stuff.

I am waiting for my 10 crates to open all of my crates at once, I collected more than 200 Different ZP Crates over the few past events, and now I think If I open them all at once I may win something...

Keep playing and open more free crates, nothing more you can do. Sometimes you win, but most times you loose in CF crate opening.

Hello buddy! I got my crates and temp gold bar on Monday September 16, checked it around 10am EST.
If you still don't have your rewards I suggest you open a Support Ticket for it, mention the date and times you played the map and reached the finish line so they can quick check in the records.
Good luck on getting this rewards and good luck if you spin the ZP crates soon!
