BUT i don't see on your device manager is the Realtek High Definition sound card (or something like that) - that should be the audio device where you have plugin your headphones - the green jack on mb audio exit... and is missing !

Now you can try reinstall the audio driver of your mainboard ( should be available on the manufacturer website )

What is the exact model of your mainboard ?

I have cleared the definitions of the programs and re-downloaded, but without interest I do not know what to do as shown in the pictures All definitions programs work and my headset works
