Crossfire loading screen error.. Freezes evertime at 12%

everything works fine until i try to load a map.. loading screen freezes at 12% everttime! someone fixed it?

i updated my drivers but still its not working. whenever i try to change the resolution the game freezers and i have to restart in order for the changes to work .. still i am facing this problem

Enter game menu from lobby and change setting game rezolution to 1024 ×786 and the proplem will end
