Save replay not working. Cheats roam free in this game.

I am insanely mad about this since it is such a vital function.

Before you say anything: YES, I HAVE THE OPTION ENABLED.
Why is the SAVE button at the end of every match I play with any cheater ALWAYS greyed out? It is as if they know replays can't be saved and the support won't do anything. How do I fix this gamebreaking issue since I don't want to be destroyed by some KAC trainee with aimbot?

Fix the replay or tell me how to fix it myself.
